I am
an advanced practitioner of EFT acupressure, or Emotional Freedom Technique,
which is a powerful yet simple therapeutic tool that uses words to tune
into an emotional disturbance, which is then balanced and cleared using
acupressure tapping on one's own energy meridians.
These
are the same meridians that are used in acupuncture and Chinese medicine.
It is a self-healing, energy system based therapy which allows you to remove
cognitive and emotional blocks to well-being quickly and permanently, without
medication or long term therapy. This technique works for emotional and

that can be helpful for post traumatic stress disorders, substance abuse/addiction
issues, depression, immune system weaknesses, endocrine imbalances, and
reducing stress.

Credentials:
Gary
and Nöle have worked extensively with Angela Framer, Victor Van Kooten,
and Richard Miller and each is certified to teach Yoga by Erich Schiffmann.
Nöle is also certified to teach Yoga by Kripalu and has Level One
Yoga Nidra certification with Richard Miller. Gary has taught Yoga
for five years at Jefferson General Hospital as an adjunct to the Wellness
Department. Nöle has practiced Yoga for 25 years and taught
for 17.
